By order to the Board of Directors notice is hereby given to Members of the Venue Management Association (Asia & Pacific) Limited that the Annual General Meeting for the year 1 January – 31 December 2020  will be held as follows:

Members who cannot attend the AGM may appoint a proxy to act on their behalf. Completed 2021 AGM Proxy Form must be received at the VMA office by 12 noon AEST Wednesday 12th May 2021 to be valid.

Only financial members (Fellows, Active and Allied members) are entitled to vote or appoint a Proxy to attend and vote on their behalf at the AGM. Unless otherwise instructed, the Proxy may vote as he or she thinks fit in respect of any resolution. A blank Proxy Form is included with these AGM Papers.
