The Business Unit

The Ticketing and CRM Unit is responsible for offering a responsive and high quality service to all its external and internal customers and developing and delivering a sophisticated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) approach to grow patronage and yield.

This strategy relies on each member of the Ticketing and CRM Unit working flexibly and supportively together, putting customer service front of mind and ensuring that systems and process are as streamlined as possible.
