Venue Co-Ordinator, Visy Park

Purpose

Visy Park is one of Melbourne’s key sporting venues and the home of the Carlton Football Club. The venue is the training and administration base for the Carlton Football Club, the Melbourne Rebels Rugby Union Club,  AFL Umpires and is also home of AFL Victoria and hosts AFL pre season matches as well as VFL and TAC Cup matches.

This position is responsible for the co-ordination of general operations and maintenance of Visy Park and includes the co-ordination of stadium scheduling.

Reports to:

  • General Manager –  Operations

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordination of stadium repairs and maintenance works
  • Co-ordination of matches/games held at Visy Park stadium
  • Preparation of weekly events and training schedules
  • Responding to tenant requirements
  • Maintenance of regulatory reporting for e.g Work Health and Safety and Risk Management
